How long does it take to produce my order?

Your order will be processed once payment has been made then It will take between 2-5 business days for us to create your order, but if it is an urgent order let us know we are more then willing to help.

Can I alter my order once it has been placed?

Yes contact us straight away and if production hasn’t started you will be able to alter your order, but unfortunately if your product is personalised and production has started you will not be able to make changes, however on custom orders we do send a proof for approval before we manufacture so hopefully elementing any potential errors.

Is there discount for bulk?

Depending on your required amount we may be able to offer discount contact us to discuss further.

Can you put my business logo on a light?

Yes we can, as we design and manufacture inhouse but we will need you to supply good quality artwork of your logo.

What if I can't find the design I want?

If you have an idea for a light  contact us I’m sure we will be able to help you get what you are wanting.

Payment

What payment types do you accept?

We accept three different payment methods for your shopping convenience. Methods include Paypal, Direct Deposit and Afterpay.

Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay by Paypal.  Paypal also has a very high level of security and buyer protection giving you peace of mind. 
When paying through paypal you will be given two options one is:  Have a Paypal Account :  (for those who have an account) and Don’t have a Paypal Account:  if you do not have a Paypal account and do not wish to sign up for an account just click the  Don’t have a Paypal Account: it will then load up the page where you can enter as a Paypay Guest you of course will still be under Paypal’s high security & buyer protection services.

Please note that paying by direct deposit will slow down dispatch as we do not process your order until we have received payment for them.
All prices advertised on our website are in Australian currency.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from Brisbane so once your order has been placed and payment has been processed it will be manufactured and dispatched with 2-5 business days. All our shipping is done through Australia Post, we offer a normal postage service as well as a Express Shipping service which is fully trackable and has a delivery time of 1-2 days (Rural areas may take longer)

How much is the postage?

You will find a shipping calculator on the cart page when you purchase your item to help you.

Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately we only ship within Australia and New Zealand at this stage but please check back with us at a later time.

 

Do you offer pick up?

No at this stage we only offer postage.

 

Do you combine postage?

Yes we can offer combined postage contact us with the items you are wanting and we will get back to you with a combined postage price.

 

Returns

What is the return policy?

Please be sure to preview your order carefully before placing as we are not responsible for customer mistakes including spelling as there are so many different spelling variations,  however on custom orders we do send a proof for approval before we manufacture so hopefully elementing any potential errors.

You may return your product for a full refund including  return shipping costs if the return is a result of OUR MISTAKE. Our products have a 30 day return policy on defective items but as quality and customer satisfaction are most important to us you may be asked to return the product to us for inspection so that we can conduct further quality control investigations to ensure the fault does not occur again.
